We are happy to refund your purchases provided they are returned within 2 days of receipt. Goods must be in their original packaging with tags attached & be in an unworn condition.
Unfortunately refunds can not be given on Special Orders ie fascinators which are designed to specification for a client. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Returns will be refunded (less the cost of postage) via the original payment method upon receipt .
We cannot be held responsible for goods which fail to reach us - so it is advisable to get a receipt so you can track your parcel.
